Facilitation Training
German Corporation for International Cooperation
The goal: train facilitators to enhance dialogue between police and civil society.
Participants from the Gambian Police and NGOs participated in a five-day IPK training course, immersing them in the fundamentals of systemic facilitation. They practised various facilitation methods to enhance dialogue and decision-making skills and received post training follow-up mentoring support.
Design Thinking Bootcamp
International Institute for Sustainable Development
The goal: promote an innovation culture and build the skills of innovation ambassadors.
IPK created a real case scenario for participants to practice the Design Thinking "double diamond" process. They also focused on developing a human-centered prototype for the ISSD, aimed at better engaging youth in their programs. Fun and transformation were guaranteed!
Enhancing Resilience & Wellbeing
Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development
The goal: establish practices that enhance workforce resilience
IPK conducted remote training sessions where participants explored five key resilience drivers and practised actions to enhance resilience in the brain-body system. The peer-to-peer exchange left attendees feeling refreshed, optimistic, and empowered.
