Project description
A hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) design for a Regional Team Strategic Planning session (1.5 days), including team development using the Persolog personality assessment tool. This was followed by a 3-day Regional Learning Lab, focusing on learning regarding programming, monitoring and evaluation for the Centenary Declaration and Programme of Work 2020-21.
