In the run up to this 2-day team building retreat, each of the 15 team members completed the online Persolog behavioural profile and was remotely debriefed. During the face-to-face sessions we worked with the entire team to identify how they can harness their respective strengths, mitigate potential weaknesses, and work towards acquiring a more rounded and mutually complimentary team behavioural make-up.
