Qualifications and language skills
- Holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics and French (University of South Africa, 2000) and a Diploma in Practitioner Coaching inclusive of Business and Life Streams (The Coaching Centre, Cape Town, 2005)
- Language Skills: English (fluent), German (spoken and written, good), and French (spoken and written, fair)
- Memberships: A COMENSA registered coach (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) WCADA-0880-CRC.
Background and experience
- Worked as a senior change consultant/facilitator in more than 45 consulting mandates (from short-term mandates to capacity development projects that span up to a year in duration
- Worked in more than 9 countries in: Africa (South Africa, Zambia, Malawi, Ethiopia, Botswana, Mozambique), MENA (Lebanon), Europe (Germany, Switzerland)
- Client portfolio includes inter alia: UN system (ILO, WHO), bilateral aid agencies (GIZ), local and national ministries & departments (City of Cape Town, Department of Public Monitoring & Evaluation in the South African Presidency, Department of Economic Development, Ministry of Justice Zambia), international NGOs (Swisscontact), private sector enterprises (Glacier by Sanlam), South African NGO’s (SA Al-Anon Family Groups; African Solutions to African Problems)
- Employment positions previously held: Owner of close corporation learning and coaching company in South Africa (2005 - 2013) focusing on the development of leaders and team cohesiveness in the corporate sector, Learning and Development Specialist for virtual bank 20twenty (2000 - 2005)
