UNAIDS

The goal: co-create plans and coach leaders using 360 insights.
IPK provided a professional and personalised coaching service supporting an organisation wide HR led 360 degree process. Following successful coach and client chemistry fits, our coaches partnered with leaders. Firstly, in supporting the creation of individual personal development plans incorporating insights gained from the 360 process, and secondly through providing coaching to support achieving these plans. Leaders were based in Africa and Europe; coaching was provided in English and French.

Leader as Collaborator

The goal: develop collaborative leaders, apply skills, drive impactful engagement.
In this IPK designed and delivered 3-month collaborative leadership programme training was delivered online and in-person. Using immersive games and active engagement, participants explored inclusive approaches for leadership. The framework emphasized personal growth alongside practical skills. Participants applied learning to their real workplace cases, refining their approach. Peer learning sessions, spaced monthly, reflected on successes and challenges. This process fostered a participatory mindset, enabling collaboration with peers, colleagues, and external consultants on critical bank initiatives.

Strategic Leadership Coaching

The goal: partner with a leader to cultivate inner confidence.
Over five months, through partnership with an IPK coach, the leader cultivated the self-belief to propose and implement strategic team restructuring confidently. This involved role advancements, expanded responsibilities, and greater autonomy. The leader crafted a compelling proposal by exploring the positive impact on team motivation, unity, and efficiency. Coaching boosted the leader's self-confidence and empowered them to articulate their vision convincingly, which secured approval and drove impactful organisational change.
