Over the course of six months we prototyped a Gender Transformative Knowledge Creation and Experiential Learning Process in three rural and one semi-urban small-scale farming community. Each of the two-day prototype workshops incorporated the learnings from the previous ones, and the final output was a process facilitation manual with detailed facilitation plans, activity guides and materials for future facilitators. The process was designed to shift mindsets, beliefs, assumptions and behavior with regards to women empowerment, gender relations and power dynamics.
