Project description
The aim of this process was to engage the entire organisation in ascertaining how staff engagement levels could be improved. Through an Appreciative Inquiry interview cascade all 1200 staff members' experiences of past success stories relating to staff engagement, and their views on how to improve staff engagement in the future were collected. In a 200 participant manager's summit, the most important fields of action were identified and a follow-up on implementation thereof process decided upon.
